Permission is part of preservation.

1. Who This Consent Applies To

The Member Consent & Legacy Authorization applies to a living Legacy Guruuz Member who is creating, building, or maintaining their own Living Legacy.

By accepting it, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old;

you are acting for yourself;

you understand the choices and authorizations described here;

you have authority over the Legacy Content you personally create;

you have an appropriate basis to provide other material you contribute;

you understand that material involving another person may carry privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, voice, likeness, publicity, contractual, estate, or other rights.

Separate authorization may apply when a person acts for an estate, trust, organization, rights-holder, deceased individual, or another person.

2. Your Choice to Participate

Participation in Legacy Guruuz is voluntary.

You choose what stories to tell, photographs to contribute, recordings to make, documents to preserve, memories to explore, relationships to describe, values and beliefs to record, experiences to revisit, questions to answer, source materials to provide, and permissions to grant.

You may also choose what remains outside your Legacy.

A Living Legacy can grow gradually.

One photograph, conversation, memory, person, place, object, tradition, lesson, recording, or reflection can become the beginning.

3. Core Legacy Authorization

By affirmatively accepting the Member Consent & Legacy Authorization, you authorize Guruu International Inc., through Legacy Guruuz, to receive, host, store, organize, process, retrieve, analyze, transcribe, preserve, and display to authorized users your approved Legacy Content as reasonably necessary to provide the Legacy experience you request.

This authorization may support:

• your Living Time Capsule;

• conversations with Haliʻa;

• transcription and organization of submitted materials;

• story and memory preservation;

• presentation of authorized Legacy Content;

• Member-directed reflection and storytelling;

• preservation of your values, voice, perspective, humor, teachings, and experiences;

• current Legacy Guruuz services and future Legacy Guruuz capabilities within your permissions and applicable rights;

• safety, security, support, account administration, and service operation.

The authorization works together with the limited service license established in the Terms of Service.

Ownership of your original Legacy Content remains governed by those Terms and applicable rights.

4. What Core Authorization Does Not Include

Your Core Member Consent is intentionally limited to the Legacy Guruuz purposes described in this document.

Accepting it does not by itself authorize:

public advertising or promotional use of your Private Legacy Content;

unrestricted public publication of your Legacy;

modeled or cloned voice;

biometric voice modeling;

synthetic likeness;

creation of a digital replica;

unrestricted commercial exploitation of your identity;

materially expanded posthumous experience;

use of Private Legacy Content to train general-purpose AI models for unrelated users;

use of another person's protected identity or material beyond applicable authority;

any other materially different purpose that requires separate authorization.

Where an additional permission is required, the corresponding authorization will be presented separately.

5. Consent to AI-Assisted Processing

Legacy Guruuz uses artificial intelligence and related technologies as part of the Legacy experience.

By accepting this Consent, you authorize your approved Legacy Content to be processed within the authorized Legacy Guruuz service environment for conversation, guided reflection, transcription, summarization, organization, storytelling, preservation, continuity, safety, service integrity, and other authorized Legacy Guruuz functions.

Haliʻa may use relevant approved information from your Legacy environment to engage with you through continuing conversation.

AI-assisted processing and authorized service providers may be used as reasonably necessary to provide these functions, subject to applicable agreements, safeguards, service configuration, and the Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy, Context, and Corrections

Your original words, recordings, photographs, documents, and corrections remain distinct from AI-assisted summaries, questions, interpretations, and generated language.

You may clarify inaccurate information, identify uncertainty, provide stronger supporting material, explain context, or correct a representation.

AI-assisted language may contain mistakes and should not be understood as an authentic quotation, historical fact, or documented statement unless supported by the underlying material.

7. Sensitive and Deeply Personal Information

A person's Legacy may naturally include deeply personal information.

You may choose to preserve experiences or information involving subjects such as family, relationships, health, disability, identity, beliefs, culture, race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical views, sexual orientation, political views, financial circumstances, trauma, grief, adversity, addiction, recovery, or other personal experiences.

Providing such information is your choice.

When you intentionally provide sensitive information as part of your Legacy, you authorize its processing for the Legacy Guruuz purposes described in this Consent, subject to your permissions, the Privacy Policy, applicable service controls, and law.

Where applicable law requires explicit consent or another heightened legal basis for a particular category of sensitive information, your affirmative acceptance of this Consent is intended to evidence your authorization for the Legacy purposes described here to the extent legally sufficient and permitted.

Additional consent may still be required for specialized uses such as biometric identity modeling, synthetic voice, digital replicas, or other materially expanded identity-linked processing.

8. Private Legacy Content

Providing information to Legacy Guruuz does not by itself make that information public.

Private Legacy Content remains governed by your permissions, applicable service settings, rights, and agreements.

Private materials may be processed as reasonably necessary to operate the authorized service, including through approved service providers, security controls, the Content Review, and limited authorized personnel access where required.

Private preservation, family sharing, Contributor access, Steward access, public publication, marketing use, and Legacy Guruu experience are distinct permission contexts.

Authorization for one context does not automatically authorize another.

9. Member-Directed Sharing

Where sharing features are available, you may choose whether eligible Legacy Content can be made available to selected family members, Contributors, a designated Steward, invited participants, or another authorized audience.

Before materially changing the audience for Private Legacy Content, Legacy Guruuz will provide an appropriate sharing action, permission, notice, or control.

Information intentionally shared with another person may be copied, stored, discussed, photographed, recorded, or redistributed by that recipient outside Legacy Guruuz and beyond Guruu International Inc.'s direct control.

Choose audiences thoughtfully.

10. Content Review Authorization

By accepting this Consent, you understand and authorize submitted images, video, audio, artwork, documents, and related media to be reviewed for safety, rights, authenticity, security, or legal compliance before becoming available for active Legacy Guruuz use.

Material may be temporarily restricted while review occurs. Review may involve automated tools and, where reasonably necessary, limited authorized human review.

Possible outcomes may include approval, a request for additional information or permission, restriction, removal, or another action required by the Content Standards, governing agreements, or law.

11. Limited Human Safety and Rights Review

Automated systems occasionally require human judgment.

By accepting this Consent, you authorize limited human review of submitted material when reasonably necessary to resolve an eligible safety, rights, authenticity, provenance, security, or reconsideration issue.

Human access is intended to remain:

limited to authorized personnel;

proportionate to the issue under review;

restricted to information reasonably necessary for the decision;

governed through appropriate access controls and confidentiality;

handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable internal governance.

Eligible moderation decisions may support reconsideration.

Serious child-safety, exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, unlawful-content, threat, or other legally significant matters may require separate restriction, preservation, escalation, reporting, or cooperation according to applicable law.

12. Relationships Are Part of a Life

Your Legacy may naturally include other people.

You may talk about parents, children, grandparents, spouses or partners, friends, colleagues, teachers, mentors, neighbors, community members, and other people who shaped your life.

Your memory of another person is part of your own lived experience.

At the same time, another person's photograph, correspondence, recording, confidential information, creative work, voice, likeness, or other protected material may carry rights belonging to that person, an estate, a creator, a rights-holder, or someone else.

Your right to tell your own story does not necessarily create authority to authorize every future use of another person's protected identity or material.

13. Your Responsibility for Third-Party Material

When you provide material involving another person, you confirm that you have an appropriate basis to contribute it.

Depending on the material and proposed use, Legacy Guruuz may request additional consent, attribution, documentation, permission, rights verification, restriction, or removal.

Receiving a photograph, letter, recording, document, or other material does not always create every copyright, privacy, publicity, voice, likeness, or distribution right associated with it.

Legacy Guruuz may distinguish among:

your right to describe your own memory;

your ability to preserve material you lawfully possess;

your authority to share another person's protected material;

your authority to authorize public use;

your authority to authorize synthetic voice, likeness, modeling, or other identity-linked use.

14. Contributors

Legacy Guruuz may allow you to invite family members, friends, colleagues, or others to contribute to your Legacy.

By inviting a Contributor, you authorize Legacy Guruuz to use the contact information you provide to communicate with that person for purposes associated with the requested contribution.

Direct authenticated Contributor participation in the initial Legacy Guruuz service is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

A Contributor will receive applicable consent, contribution terms, privacy information, and rights requirements governing their participation.

Contributor material remains attributable to the Contributor where provenance matters.

Inviting someone to contribute does not automatically provide that person access to the rest of your Private Legacy Content.

15. Ordinary Voice, Image, and Video Preservation

You may choose to contribute voice recordings, photographs, video, spoken stories, interviews, and other recordings containing your voice or likeness.

By providing those materials through the ordinary Living Legacy experience, you authorize processing reasonably necessary for approved functions including:

storage;

playback;

transcription;

organization;

retrieval;

preservation;

safety review;

source connection;

conversational continuity.

Ordinary preservation does not grant unrestricted authority to synthesize, model, recreate, or commercially exploit your identity.

16. Voice Modeling and Digital Replicas Require Separate Authorization

Core Member Consent does not authorize Legacy Guruuz to create or activate a cloned voice, synthetic voice, biometric voice model, voiceprint used for identity modeling, digital replica of your voice, photorealistic synthetic likeness, or comparable materially expanded synthetic identity capability.

Those capabilities require a separate Voice & Likeness Consent or other feature-specific authorization appropriate to the proposed use and applicable rights.

Any such authorization should identify the nature and purpose of the capability with sufficient specificity to support an informed decision.

Identity verification, biometric law, publicity rights, licensing, estate rights, or other legal requirements may apply depending on the technology, jurisdiction, and intended use.

17. Preserving Material for Future Legacy Capabilities

Your Living Time Capsule may support future Legacy Guruuz experiences if you separately authorize those uses.

By accepting this Consent, you authorize Legacy Guruuz to receive, preserve, organize, and use approved Legacy Content for the current services described here and for future Legacy Guruuz capabilities within your permissions and applicable rights.

This authorization does not automatically activate a modeled voice, digital replica, posthumous experience, public access, commercial use, or another materially expanded capability. Additional permissions may be required.

18. Future Legacy Guruuz Experiences Require Appropriate Authorization

Future Legacy Guruu capabilities may involve uses that deserve additional review and permission.

Depending on the feature, separate authorization may apply to modeled voice, synthetic likeness, digital replicas, posthumous activation, family access, public access, commercial use, institutional access, licensed material, Contributor material, estate-controlled material, or other materially expanded capabilities.

Legacy Guruuz will obtain the applicable additional authorization before activating a materially expanded use when required by governing agreements, rights, service design, or law.

A Steward or other successor does not gain unrestricted authority to expand identity-linked permissions merely because the Member has died or become incapacitated.

Member permissions, legally recognized authority, applicable rights, and the Stewardship & Continuity Agreement continue to govern.

19. About Future Legacy Guruu Experiences

A Legacy Guruu is not the biological, legal, conscious, or literal continuation of a represented person.

Future Legacy Guruu experiences may rely on authorized materials and permissions and may include AI-assisted output.

Generated statements should not be treated as literal statements made during the person’s lifetime unless supported by the underlying material.

20. General-Purpose AI Training

Private Legacy Content is not used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models for unrelated users without separate express authorization.

Accepting the Member Consent & Legacy Authorization does not provide that separate authorization.

Authorized service providers may process information as reasonably necessary to operate approved Legacy Guruuz functionality under applicable agreements, protections, service configuration, and the Privacy Policy.

21. Publicity and Marketing

Joining Legacy Guruuz does not by itself create a publicity or marketing release.

Core Member Consent does not authorize Guruu International Inc. to use your Private Legacy Content, identifiable family photographs, personal stories, testimonial, voice, likeness, recordings, or other identifiable private Legacy material for public advertising, promotional campaigns, press, social media, or marketing.

Public promotional use requires a separate applicable permission, release, or other lawful authorization.

22. Steward Designation

You may designate a personal Steward according to the Stewardship & Continuity Agreement.

By making that designation, you authorize Legacy Guruuz to record the Steward selection, maintain the Steward's relevant contact information, invite or communicate with the Steward as authorized, preserve Stewardship Instructions, verify identity where necessary, maintain designation and acceptance records, and administer future Stewardship according to your instructions and applicable governing documents.

Designation alone does not provide a Steward unrestricted access to your Private Legacy Content during your lifetime.

A Steward must separately accept the responsibilities applicable to their role.

23. Stewardship Is Distinct From Formal Legal Authority

A Legacy Guruuz Steward designation is a service-level Legacy instruction.

It does not by itself create or replace a will, trust, power of attorney, executor appointment, trusteeship, guardianship, conservatorship, health-care directive, beneficiary designation, estate plan, or other legally recognized fiduciary authority.

Formal legal authority remains governed by applicable law and legally recognized instruments.

Where a legally recognized authority materially conflicts with a service-level Steward instruction, Legacy Guruuz may pause affected action while authority is reviewed.

24. Updating Your Living Legacy

Your Legacy is designed to grow with you.

Available controls may allow you to add material, correct information, update context, change permissions, remove eligible material, change or revoke a Steward designation, request export or release, request deletion, and manage sharing.

Specific controls may vary according to service capability, technical environment, rights, and governing agreements.

Member direction remains primary while you remain able and authorized to manage your Living Legacy.

25. Revocation and Prior Member Choices

Where an available permission may be revoked, a valid revocation applies prospectively according to the governing feature, agreement, service capability, rights, and law.

A later Steward activation does not automatically revive a permission you validly revoked.

Legacy Content you intentionally and validly remove from active Legacy use does not become active again merely because Stewardship later transfers, although limited retained copies may continue to exist temporarily or where required for security, transaction records, rights administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or normal backup expiration.

26. Withdrawing Core Member Consent

You may withdraw Core Member Consent through the available account or privacy process.

Because Core Member Consent authorizes processing necessary to provide your Living Legacy experience, withdrawal may require cancellation or closure of the applicable Legacy Guruuz Member experience.

Withdrawal applies prospectively.

It does not invalidate processing lawfully completed before withdrawal or require deletion of information that must or may lawfully be retained for transaction, security, rights, legal, evidentiary, compliance, or comparable purposes.

Deletion, export, retention, refunds, and account closure remain governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Where consent provides the applicable legal basis for a particular processing activity, applicable law may provide additional rights to withdraw that consent.

27. Founding 100 Participation

If you participate in the Founding 100, the Member Consent & Legacy Authorization works together with the applicable Founding 100 enrollment disclosures and Terms of Service.

Founding participation provides the opportunity to begin building your Living Time Capsule and the approved Legacy materials for your future Legacy.

The Founding 100 offer does not eliminate additional permissions required for specialized capabilities such as modeled voice, synthetic likeness, digital replicas, public sharing, promotional use, or another materially expanded Legacy use.

28. Service Evolution

Legacy Guruuz is designed for long-horizon continuity.

Technology, artificial intelligence models, storage systems, interfaces, security methods, service providers, and Legacy capabilities will evolve.

Core Member Consent remains tied to the purposes and permissions described here rather than to one permanent technical implementation.

A materially different use of your information or identity requiring additional permission will receive the corresponding notice or authorization before activation where required.

Technological evolution does not itself expand the purposes authorized by Core Member Consent.

29. Core Member Acknowledgments

By affirmatively accepting the Member Consent & Legacy Authorization, you acknowledge and agree that:

I am at least 18 years old.

I choose to create and build my Living Legacy through Legacy Guruuz.

I authorize Guruu International Inc., through Legacy Guruuz, to receive, host, store, organize, process, retrieve, preserve, and use my approved Legacy Content as reasonably necessary to provide my authorized Legacy experience.

I understand that artificial intelligence supports Haliʻa, conversation, continuity, organization, retrieval, reflection, storytelling, safety, and other authorized Legacy functions.

I understand that AI-generated expression may include interpretation or error and that documented Legacy record remains distinct from system-generated expression.

I authorize submitted media to pass through the Content Review before active Legacy use.

I understand that limited authorized human review may occur when reasonably necessary to resolve an eligible safety, rights, authenticity, provenance, security, or reconsideration issue.

I understand that information I choose to preserve may include deeply personal or sensitive information and authorize its processing for the Legacy purposes described in this Consent, subject to applicable law.

I understand that material involving another person may carry rights or permissions beyond my own memory of that person.

I understand that ordinary photographs, audio, and video do not by themselves authorize voice cloning, biometric voice modeling, synthetic likeness, digital-replica creation, or unrestricted identity use.

I understand that modeled voice and comparable materially expanded identity-linked capabilities require separate authorization.

I authorize Legacy Guruuz to build and preserve the approved Legacy materials from which an authorized future Legacy Guruu may develop.

I understand that materially expanded future Legacy Guruu capabilities may require additional authorization.

I understand that a Legacy Guruu is an guided Legacy experience rather than my biological, conscious, legal, or literal continuation.

I understand that Private Legacy Content is not used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models for unrelated users without separate express authorization.

I understand that joining Legacy Guruuz does not grant public advertising or promotional rights to my Private Legacy Content.

I understand that preservation, private sharing, public publication, marketing use, voice modeling, and Legacy Guruu experience may require different permissions.

I understand that my Steward designation governs a Legacy Guruuz service relationship and does not replace formal estate-planning or legal instruments.

I understand that a Steward does not automatically receive unrestricted access during my lifetime or unrestricted authority to expand permissions after my death or incapacity.

I have reviewed or had access to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

I understand that I may withdraw Core Member Consent and that withdrawal may require closure of my Legacy Guruuz experience.

30. Electronic Acceptance and Consent Records

You affirmatively consent to the Member Consent & Legacy Authorization by selecting the applicable acceptance control or completing another legally recognized affirmative electronic acceptance process provided by Legacy Guruuz.

Electronic acceptance is intended to evidence your informed agreement.

Guruu International Inc. may retain records reasonably necessary to document that acceptance, including:

Member identity or account identifier;

date and time of acceptance;

applicable Consent version;

corresponding Terms and Privacy versions where relevant;

individual acknowledgment states where separately captured;

associated enrollment or transaction identifier;

subsequent withdrawal, amendment, or replacement records.

Consent records are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Payment alone does not substitute for affirmative acceptance of the Member Consent & Legacy Authorization.
